Health Coverage for You and Your Family Inyo County makes a significant investment in employee health coverage. Eligible employees have access to medical plan options, with many employee groups offering plans at little or no employee premium cost. County-paid dental and vision coverage for employees and their families is also available to many employee groups.

Retirement for the Long Term Eligible employees participate in the CalPERS defined-benefit retirement system. Employees may also have access to optional deferred compensation programs to help build additional savings for the future.

Time for What Matters Depending on your position and employee group, benefits may include paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, flex days, administrative leave, and other forms of paid time off.

Wellness & Peace of Mind The County invests in employee well-being through programs such as the Wellness Bonus Program and AirMedCare membership for eligible employees and their families.
